Pork Spare Ribs

The pork spare rib has a little bit more fat than the baby back aka back ribs. Because of this, my preference and bias are typically towards spare ribs over baby back ribs. If you a person who prefers lean meat, then you'll want to get the baby back ribs instead.

Sweet Heat: Sweet and saltiness greet your taste buds upon initial bite followed by some herbal flavor nodes and smokiness. There's a mild heat that follows as these mouth-watering proteins delight your palate.

Texas Style: A classic in the barbecue world with a simple salt and pepper seasoning slow-smoked for that perfect bite. They are finished glazed with a mild vinegar and brown sugar mixture just to provide a little hint of sweet. Definitely not as over-the-top sweet as in our Sweet and Mild ribs.
