Brined and smoked, our jumbo wings are dry rubbed with a salty and peppery seasoning accented by some savory notes from onion and garlic powder. They are intentionally left un-sauced so that you can throw them into your own preferred sauce of choice.
I recommend that after heating up, take them out of the vacuum bag and throw them into a 400°F oven for 5-7 mins to crisp up the skin as they will tend to soften in the bag after reheating. Get them out and sauce them as desired (or not) and enjoy!
